Where can we purchase the disinfectant liquid solution when it runs out?
A: You may purchase the solution directly from us for only ₱550 per gallon, which can clean approximately 150 helmets per gallon.

What are the dimensions of the machine?
A: Height: 72 inches, Width: 18 inches, Length: 20 inches

Q4:
What is the difference between a 50% partial payment and a ₱15,000 down payment?
A: The 50% partial payment applies to cash purchases. It serves as the production fee for the machine at the warehouse. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon pick-up or cash-on-delivery. 

Q5:
If I pay the down payment for the installment plan, will I receive the machine immediately?
A: Yes, the down payment will be used to cover production costs, and the machine will be made available for you right away.

Q6:
Do you have a contact number or landline for inquiries?
A: Currently, our phone lines are disabled due to the high volume of calls. For inquiries, we recommend visiting our office for a site visit and demonstration.

Q7:
Is the cleaning fee only ₱25, or are there different stages?
A: The machine has three stages for cleaning:

1. Basic Cleaning – ₱25 per cycle

2. Mid Clean – ₱50 per cycle

3. Full Deep Cleaning – ₱75 per cycle

Q8:
Is approval required for installment purchases?
A: Approval is automatic once you submit the necessary requirements:

• A valid ID

• A billing statement with your address

• The down payment

Q9:
Do you deliver anywhere, and is there a shipping fee?
A: Yes, we deliver nationwide, and shipping/delivery is free of charge.

Q10:
Can the down payment for the installment plan be paid via cash-on-delivery when receiving the machine?
A: No, cash-on-delivery is not available for the down payment.
